Thirdfuture.org is making a good-faith effort to comply with HB24-1454 (C.R.S. § 24-34-802) and is actively working to ensure that our website meets WCAG 2.2 standards.

Progress to Date

1. Audit Initiation: We have partnered with a third-party accessibility vendor, who began conducting a full audit of our website in October. The audit results will guide our adjustments to improve accessibility.
2. Accessibility Panel Development: We are developing an accessibility panel for Thirdfuture.org and all associated school websites, allowing users to customize their experience based on their individual needs. This feature will include user-defined settings, such as text size, contrast adjustments, and other accessibility tools.
3. Quarterly Review Schedule: Our team has established a schedule for quarterly audits to identify and resolve any potential barriers to accessibility.
4. Assistive Technology Testing: As part of our ongoing efforts, we are arranging for regular testing of our website with various assistive technologies to enhance usability for all users.
