Jasper, TX – Third Future Schools and Parnell Elementary confirm that the employee previously placed on administrative leave amid a police investigation has been officially terminated from employment. This action follows a thorough internal review and developments in the external investigation by local law enforcement.

The Jasper Police Department has filed charges against the individual in connection with the reported incident, and a warrant for their arrest has been issued. While specific details of the case remain confidential due to the ongoing legal process and privacy considerations, we remain committed to transparency within the bounds of the law.

Upon learning of the initial allegations, school administrators took immediate action by removing the employee from campus, notifying authorities, and fully cooperating with the police investigation.

“The safety and well-being of our students is, and always will be, our top priority,” said Whitney Nichols, Director of Communication for Third Future Schools. “We acted quickly and decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students and staff.”

Operations at Parnell Elementary continue as normal, and additional support services have been made available to any students or families who may have concerns.
