Mr. Belcik has proudly served students and families within the Third Future Schools network for five years, where his passion for education and student growth has shaped his career. He began his journey with Third Future Schools as an Art of Thinking teacher and Learning Coach before stepping into a teacher leader role, where he supported colleagues in strengthening their instructional practice. For the past three years, Mr. Belcik has served as an Assistant Principal, supporting teachers, students, and families in building a strong school community rooted in high expectations and purposeful learning. As a leader, Mr. Belcik is committed to cultivating an environment where every student is challenged, supported, and empowered to grow. He believes that great schools are built by educators who invest in their own development as deeply as they invest in their students. Outside of school, Mr. Belcik enjoys life in Colorado with his wife, Ashlee, and their three cats. Together, they love trying new restaurants, exploring everything the state has to offer, and spending quality time with friends and family. “All students can reach their potential if we, as educators, strive to reach ours.”
