Makenzie Vandiver brings his passion for student success and instructional excellence to his new role as principal of Hirschi Middle School in Wichita Falls, TX. A dedicated and accomplished educator, Vandiver believes that all students are capable of achieving at high levels when given the right support and high-quality instruction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dalton State College and a Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Chemistry from Lee University. An educator in spirit and a servant at heart, Mr. Vandiver will lead the campus by empowering both students and teachers to be the best they can be. He is committed to building strong instructional practices in teachers, fostering a culture of accountability and leadership in everyone, and ensuring every Hirschi student receives the excellent education they deserve. Mr. Vandiver believes the power is in the team and this team will show the community what Hirschi Middle School is about in year one!
