Da’Lisa Hatcher is a seasoned educator and administrator whose enthusiasm and compassion for young people have guided her throughout her career. Prior to joining Linwood in November of 2025, she served as the K–8 Education Administrator for Third Future Schools in Colorado Springs, CO. In that role, she supported high-quality instruction by coaching teachers, using data to drive instructional decisions, managing school operations, and building strong community partnerships to expand awareness and resources for students. From a young age, Hatcher was taught by her parents and grandparents that “knowledge is power”—a belief that continues to fuel her passion for public education. She is committed to fostering the success of students, staff, and families through an individualized, relationship-centered approach. As Principal of Linwood Public Charter School, Hatcher looks forward to partnering with the Linwood community to ensure every scholar receives the best, most equitable educational experience possible.
