Jeremiah Willis

Principal
Mr. Willis was born and raised in Dallas, TX, where he received his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University. After completing his undergraduate, he soon earned his Master’s in Educational Administration from Lamar University. Mr. Willis has had various opportunities as an elementary art teacher, middle school math teacher, coach, and administrator. Through his 12 years of educational experience, Mr. Willis brings effective instructional leadership experience in his new role as campus principal with Third Future Schools in partnership with Austin ISD. Mr. Willis is ready to serve the school community in this new capacity.

Jasmine Torian

Assistant Principal
Jasmine Torain is Assistant Principle at Mendez Middle School. She is passionate about working with marginalized communities to promote academic growth and future success. Jasmine believes in all the TFS core values, but the 6th core value especially resonates with her, “we value equity and commit to reducing inequities inherent in the education system.” Jasmine understands how inequity impacts Black and Brown students and understands how the current school system structure fosters inequity. Jasmine holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is also a current Ph.D. student focusing on cultural responsiveness. She has presented at education conferences such as AERA and ATE to discuss implicit bias in the teacher profession.
