Ms. Mysheka Bill is an experienced educator and school leader who has dedicated her career to
serving students, families, and educators across the Port Arthur, Beaumont, and Houston areas.
With over 10 years of experience in education, she began her career as a middle school and
high school science teacher, where she inspired students to develop critical thinking skills and a
passion for learning.
Ms. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Prairie View A&M University and a Master
of Education in Teacher Leadership from Lamar University. Her commitment to educational
excellence and student achievement led her to transition into school administration, where she
has focused on strengthening instructional practices, supporting teacher development, and
fostering positive school cultures.
As a leader, Ms. Bill believes that every student can achieve success when provided with
high-quality instruction, meaningful relationships, and a supportive learning environment. Her
leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
She is passionate about empowering educators, partnering with families, and creating
opportunities that help students reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Ms. Bill is honored to serve the Southern Hills Elementary community and is committed to
ensuring that all students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to
